1. About ReplyWise
ReplyWise is an AI-assisted Chrome extension and web service that helps users draft Reddit replies based on visible discussion context. It uses third-party AI models to generate reply suggestions only — it does not automatically post content to Reddit or any other platform.
Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, and manually posting any content generated by ReplyWise. AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate — users must always review them before use.
ReplyWise is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Reddit, Inc.
ReplyWise is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any AI model provider, including OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use ReplyWise. By creating an account or using the extension, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use ReplyWise only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Reddit's terms of service and community guidelines. Specifically, you must not use ReplyWise to:
- Generate spam, deceptive engagement, or misleading content.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
- Conduct automated mass posting or bulk comment generation.
- Circumvent Reddit moderation, bans, or rate limits.
- Impersonate other users or entities.
- Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
ReplyWise should not be used to generate spam, deceptive engagement, harassment, or automated mass posting.
4. User responsibility
ReplyWise provides AI-generated reply suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to post any content to Reddit. You control what you post.
AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You must review all generated content before use. ReplyWise does not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or effective. We do not guarantee growth, leads, conversions, or any specific outcome from using the service.
ReplyWise does not automatically post, mass-message, scrape private data, create fake engagement, or bypass Reddit or community rules.
5. Accounts and authentication
To access features beyond the free tier, you must create an account via Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
6. Subscriptions and billing
ReplyWise offers a free tier and a paid Plus subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment provider, Creem. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

7. Intellectual property
The ReplyWise extension, website, branding, and underlying technology are owned by ReplyWise. You retain ownership of the content you create or post using our suggestions.
8. Service availability
We strive to keep ReplyWise available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
ReplyWise is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that AI-generated suggestions will be error-free, appropriate, or suitable for any particular use case.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyWise and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abuse, or use the service in a manner harmful to other users or to ReplyWise. You may stop using ReplyWise at any time by uninstalling the extension and canceling your subscription.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our website. Continued use of ReplyWise after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
